We don’t normally buy houses this large, but the seller really needed to move fast and really our job is to help sellers solve problems.
The plan is to find a nice big family to move into this gigantic house!
I can’t remember how many bathrooms or bedrooms are in it, because I’m getting lost walking around this place, but I just wanted to touch base with you guys and show you what we do. We bought this house for all cash, We were able to close in two weeks with the seller so she could move quickly to New York City.
The seller did not have to make any repairs to the house. She took her stuff and left. We paid all the closing cost and there were no Realtor fees.
There was not a terrible amount of work needed to be done in this house. We cleaned the entire 3 car garage out, painted and cleaned.
