This is a Before and after. of a property that we purchased fro a seller for all cash in Colorado Springs Colorado from a Gentleman that was just ready to get rid of a burden.
The Seller had inherited the property property that he grew up in from his mother. Being a nice guy he did an owner finance agreement with a young couple that were not able to go out and get a mortgage. This turned out very bad for our seller because he did not receive one payment for over 4 years. The house was neglected for over 4 years and really turned into a bad situation.
We were able to help the seller by buying this property and working through fixing all the title issues in order to make a clean purchase. We paid all cash and would have closed super quick, but there were more problems than what met the eye. It was not easy task and it ended up taking over 8 months to get all the issues fixed, however we made it happen. The Seller did not have to make any renovations, clean or even mow the grass. We took care of it all.
Now we have recently sold this property to an expert renovator and he has turned this house into a Diamond! I am proud to see what this has turned into and I know in my heart that there Will be a nice family living here soon and making this house a home.
