We purchased this house directly from the seller because he wanted to sell house without Realtor Colorado Springs. Our home seller did not need a Realtor. We paid all cash, and the seller did not pay any Real estate commissions or closing cost. He did not have to make any repairs or spend any time cleaning. He sold us the house and went back to Farming in South Dakota.

We closed when the seller wanted to and in this case it was April 1st. I think it mostly had to do with the taxes he would pay for owning the home for over 30 years.
On this property the sellers biggest concern was not using a Realtor and he wanted to sell it directly to a buyer with cash and could close as soon as possible. We ended up closing on April 2nd 2018 and not April 1st mostly because the title company was not open on Sunday.
It’s super loud around here because the guys are rocking out! But, work is getting done so I am not upset about it! 🙂 We definitely have full-on complete renovation. Our house is going to be really nice when we’re done. I am looking forward to showing you kind of the after results. Completely redoing the bathroom, bedrooms. We paid roughly … I don’t want to tell you what we paid for this house, but there’s a lot to do with it. There’s a lot of work to be done. I don’t even know what we’re going to list it for, whenever we do list it in a few months. I am Just kind of waiting to see what the market looks like whenever it’s done. We’re probably about three weeks out from complete finishing, and we’ll show you the finished product very soon.
