This is a property that we paid all cash for and closed in 10 days. There were no repairs needed to be made by the seller, and roughly $26,000 in foundation repairs. Story Behind This Property. . .
There is a story behind this property. The seller would not allow us to look at this property because he feared that his tenants would get spooked when they found out he was selling the house.
We did everything we could to get into this house before buying it. Turns out once we finally bought the property sight unseen the Tenants were as nice and accommodating as could be and were already planning to move to Denver Colorado due to a recent job change.
We have come to find out that the Seller was just hiding the fact that there was a $26,000 in foundation repairs. Before buying this property, we had already assumed there was a foundation issue by the way the seller was acting and by driving by and noticing a crack on the front of the house.
Everything will be fine now though because we have contracted with Colorado Structure Repair http://www.coloradostructuralrepair.com to completely re-mediate the problem by going in and improving the foundation.
This will now be an incredible home for a wonderful family very soon once all renovations are complete. It will improve the neighborhood and give its new homeowners something to be proud of.
