We’re going to start at the front of the house. As you can see, there’s some trash removal that needs to be done.
As you come in the front door into the living room. All of the items that you see are just to be trashed and discarded because the homeowner no longer wishes to keep them.
We’ll start our walk-through on the left side of the house. If you go this way, you’ve got one bathroom here. Two bedrooms on this side. This first bedroom is on the front of the house. Again, all of the trash that you see is to be discarded. Second bedroom on this side, the closet in the back corner there.
We enter on the other side. Living room into your kitchen.
The fridge that’s outside will be brought in and placed back in that position. Those are sliding glass doors out to the back patio. As you head down this hallway, you’ve got an extra room here. This room does not have a closet and cannot be considered as a bedroom.
You do have another bedroom here that has a closet.
This is the bedroom, with an additional closet space right there. Then, you have a final fourth bedroom or family room. This is the largest room besides the living room and it does have a closet.Doors to the backyard. Washer and dryer hookups are right here. Then, just around this corner, it’s actually got another bathroom with a tub and shower.
Which takes us to the outside. I have to go back through the house and go out through the kitchen. This back deck was never finished, and the roof on it does need to be torn down and replaced. Takes you into the big backyard. There’s a shed on this side. Yard does need cleanup as well. Then, takes you back around. Those are the doors from the final room that we went into.
